Foil/Epee- Advanced Fencing Camp for Youth - Jr. Level Fencers ages 10-17
Dates: June 28-July 1, 2010 (4 days)
High level training before the US Summer Nationals. We have an advanced level training camp that will prepare you for the competition that you will encounter.
Our instructors will be Heifang Wang, Olympic Silver Medallist for Foil and Frank Van Dyke 5-time World Cup finalist for Epee.
Even if you are not going to the Summer Nationals this camp will show you what it will take to become a high level fencer. This course is strongly advised for Intermediate and above level fencers. You must have your own electrical fencing gear.
In the course you will learn advanced tactics, footwork, blade work and be video taped during lessons and during fencing. High level game-plans will be discussed and perfected during the camp. Each participant will be given a private lesson per day.

All Three Weapons- Intro Level Fencing Camp for 5-8 year olds
Introduction level in all three weapons for anyone who is interested in seeing which blade is the right one for you. During the Introduction level training camp we will take the time to show you foil, epee and saber in a fun, nurturing and inviting environment. We will also have many mini-tournaments during the week with prizes for all. Snacks will be given during break times. This camp is strongly advised for anyone who is looking at this sport to try but have no idea which blade that you might like. The camp will provide all the fencing gear for you. You will only need to wear a t-shirt, pants and athletic shoes, (no sandals) and bring a water bottle. We also have water for sale for a dollar.
All participants will receive a free fencing t-shirt

Season Starting Level I Beginning Epee Camp
August 4-6 , 2010 (Three days)
This course is strongly advised for all beginning level fencers. All beginners (if Red Rock Members) will have the clubs gear if needed.
The focus of the course will be beginning level tactics and footwork woven into perfected blade work will prepare you for the upcoming season along with good conditioning and lots of strip time to practice the advanced moves you will learn.Game-plans will be discussed and perfected during the camp.

Season Starting Level II Advanced Epee Camp
August 11-13, 2010 (Three days)
This course is strongly advised for intermediate and above level fencers. You must have your own electrical fencing gear.
The focus of the course will be advanced tactics and footwork woven into perfected blade work will prepare you for the upcoming season along with good conditioning and lots of strip time to practice the advanced moves you will learn. High level game-plans will be discussed and perfected during the camp. Special emphasis will be put on video taping live bouting and analysis of all continuing Level I participants.
